Beware of Housing Pirates. It has been brought to ASIS’s attention that an entity has been soliciting registration and housing services for GSX 2025. MCI is our only housing vendor. Beware of emails from “@squirehotelbooking.com“, ASIS has no connection with this group and does not endorse, support or guarantee its services. ASIS has given no authorization for the email solicitations sent by this group and does not recommend the use of these services.
Scammers target event attendees and exhibitors, claiming to be associated with large events of our size. We have also been notified by exhibitors of scammers claiming to sell our attendee list. This is a scam—please do not respond. We do not sell attendee contact information, nor do we provide it to third-party vendors for distribution. Map Your Show (MYS): Official exhibitor profile and floorplan software provider. MYS offers enhanced listings for your exhibitor profile to drive online traffic and leads. MYS also hosts the GSX Mobile App and your Exhibitor Resource Center.
MCI: Official housing, lead retrieval, and registration service provider. Exhibitor housing communications will begin in January 2025.
Freeman: Official exhibitor services contractor for furniture/deco, carpet, in-booth signage, labor, rigging, cleaning, freight services, shipping and audio-visual services.
VIP Guest Invites: Official provider for complimentary Expo Only codes and marketing assets to promote your unique promo code. You can send these codes out to an unlimited number of customers and prospects.
Ernest N. Morial Convention Center: In-house electrical and utilities (wi-fi/internet and telecommunications services). Electrical labor and services are exclusive to MCCNO.
Sodexo: Exclusive in-house catering provider at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
