| What are the plans for Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2026? |
|
Global Security Exchange (GSX), presented by ASIS International is an integrated experience with in-person and digital features that will take place 14-16 September in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The three-day event features daily keynote and game-changer presentations, concurrent education sessions focusing on the most pressing issues faced by the security profession, an extensive exhibit hall, and myriad opportunities for networking. The in-person event will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center. The digital portion of the event will be hosted on the GSX digital platform. |
| What are the dates of GSX 2026? |
|
GSX will be held Monday – Wednesday, 14-16 September 2026. Additionally, ASIS will host several pre-conference programs and activities on Saturday and Sunday, 12-13 September, including Workshops, Certification Reviews, the ASIS Volunteer Awards of Excellence with the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs), and Volunteers’ Day. Be sure to look for updates to our event schedule. |

| Is there a mobile app available for GSX 2026? |
|
Yes, the mobile app can be downloaded in the Apple or Google Play store by searching “Global Security Exchange”. If you have the app from previous years, you will need to un-install and download the app for 2026. You can also save exhibitors and sessions by creating a My Show Planner, which is connected to the mobile app. Create your planner by clicking the create planner button. You’ll need the email you registered with and your registration confirmation number, which you can find that in your confirmation email. | Can I add on an ASIS Volunteer Awards of Excellence & the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) and ASIS Celebrates ticket? |

All GSX in-person registrants may add on a separate ticket for the ASIS Volunteer Awards of Excellence & the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) and/or ASIS Celebrates! that will print out when you collect your badge onsite. Please note that ticket will only grant access to those particular events – no other GSX events. |
| How do I access session handouts? |

You can view the session handouts in the mobile app by clicking in the session and scrolling down to the handout link. You can download the handout by accessing the session through a web browser. Find the session, click the handout link, and then download or save. (Available once a session time starts and until 31 December 2026; if handouts are not listed the speakers did not want to share their information.) |

| How do I get a Visa Invitation Letter for GSX? |
|
Personalized visa invitation letters are automatically generated and sent to all individuals who register for in-person GSX with a mailing address outside the U.S. International attendee’s registration fees will be refunded if you are unable to obtain a visa, provided that the visa was applied for well in advance of GSX 2026 and all necessary documents were submitted in a timely manner. | Are guest badges available for GSX? |

Yes. Please note that “Guest” refers to a spouse, significant other, or other personal friend, not a business associate or staff colleague affiliated with the security industry. An All-Access badge holder may add a Guest badge during the registration process. Guest passes are only admitted access to the exhibit hall, ASIS awards celebration, and ASIS Celebrates! |

The Women in Security/Next Gen Happy Hour will take place on Monday, 14 September from at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta Hotel, Dream Ballroom. Registration is required to attend this event, and available in the GSX registration form. Registration is complimentary to ASIS members. There is a $50 registration fee for non-members. |
| What are the details of the ASIS Celebrates! networking event? |
|
The ASIS Celebrates! event is from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Tuesday, 15 September at theGeorgia Aquarium. Shuttle buses to/from the aquarium will run on a continuous schedule all evening. Complimentary food and drinks will be served throughout the venue, including, vegan and gluten-free options. One ticket included with All-Access Pass; other badge holders may purchase tickets during the registration process. Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend GSX and all related events, including evening events. |

| I am local to Atanta and will be driving in each day, where should I park at GWCC? |

Attendees who are driving in and parking at GWCC should park in the Red Deck, Orange Deck, Green Deck, or Silver Deck. Parking rates are as follows by hour for a personal vehicle: :
Oversized vehicles should go to the Marshalling Yard. Parking rates are $30 per day and $35 overnight. |

Yes, ASIS will be providing shuttle service between GSX hotels and the GWCC Monday – Wednesday, 14 September – 16 September. Shuttle service between GSX hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is provided complimentary for attendees and exhibitors who made hotel reservations through MCI USA, the official GSX 2026 housing provider. | Will there be a Prayer Room at the ENMCC? |
|
Yes. The Men’s Prayer Room is located in Room A303, Building B, Level 3. The Women’s Prayer Room is located in Room A304, Building B, Level 3. Both are available Friday, 11 September – Wednesday, 16 September. |
| Will there be a Mother’s Room at the ENMCC? |
|
Mamava pods provide a private space for nursing mothers to pump or breastfeed. One is located in Building B, Level 4, directly across from Room B405.Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) will be onsite incase needed.

| Is the GWCC accessible to guests with mobility challenges? |
|
The GWCC has wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and accessible restrooms for those who need them. All parking at the GWCC is available on a first-come, first-served basis, including disability permit parking. Exact numbers of available spaces vary according to show traffic. Animals are not permitted on the GWCC premises except in conjunction with an approved exhibit or in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Animals that are approved to be on the convention center premises must be on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control. The owner will be fully responsible for his/her animal(s). |

TMS, the GSX shuttle company, will have accessible transportation available on-call. Beginning Sunday, 13 September, you can call 1-866-439-8563 to reserve a wheelchair-accessible transportation shuttle for the dates of Monday, 14 September – Wednesday, 16 September. Please allow 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. |
| I have difficulty seeing/hearing, how can I participate in education sessions? |
|
You will find reserved seating at the front of all session rooms/theaters specifically for our guests with seeing/hearing challenges. No need to request in advance, just take a seat! |

|
Yes, ASIS will provide accessible seating areas in all session rooms/theaters. If you do not see a space, or need additional room, please notify any ASIS staff member or GSX host committee volunteer. |
| I have a food allergy; will there be options for me as GSX? |
|
Gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and peanut-free options will be available at all official GSX meal functions. Please indicate your food allergy during the registration process. Additionally, some GWCC food court/food carts will also have these options. However, while we will make a reasonable attempt to accommodate dietary restrictions, situations of complicated or severe restrictions or allergies may not be able to be accommodated. Our catering partners are unable to ensure no cross contamination of allergens takes place. |

| What is the GSX security policy? |
|
ASIS International strives to keep its delegates and exhibitors safe during GSX, while maintaining relative ease of access to all events and venues. Every person entering the Exhibit Hall, a classroom, or an on- or off-site GSX event must be wearing an official GSX 2026 badge. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the in-person event, including evening events. There are no exceptions to this policy. ASIS International will not provide details about all the security plans related to the event. However, you can expect to see a variety of security measures in place throughout the event, including random bag searches and requests for identification that must match the credentials you have been issued. As always, keeping you safe and secure throughout the week is a priority. The number to reach our security team on site will be posted closer to GSX. |
| Is there an official weapons policy? |
|
Under the guidance of the GSX security team and the Georgia World Congress Center Security Division, there shall be no weapons of any kind during GSX 2026 unless an individual has jurisdictional authority to be armed within the confines of the EGeorgia World Congress Center’s complex, specifically, personnel of the New Orleans Police Department and Federal law enforcement personnel. |

| What is ASIS’s crisis communication plan? |
|
We take security very seriously at ASIS International. An important facet of our Security and Crisis Management Plan is how we communicate with our attendees and exhibitors in the unlikely event of an emergency. We have a multi-layered communications plan that includes public address announcements at the GWCC. |

| What if I feel ill during GSX? |
|
If you or someone near you is having a medical emergency, dial 911 and let the dispatcher know you are in the GWCC. First Aid will be on duty at GWCC during all open GSX hours. You can find them in Building B, Level 4, Room 411. is the exclusive provider of first aid on site. |
| Where can I get medication/a COVID test? |
|
Over the counter medications, prescription medications, and COVID testing is available at several pharmacies in the Atlanta area including: CVS. |
