Accessibility
The GWCC has wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and accessible restrooms for those who need them.
All parking at the GWCC is available on a first-come, first-served basis, including disability permit parking. Exact numbers of available spaces vary according to show traffic. Please use parking the parking guide found here. Advance parking purchases are highly recommended to help ensure a smooth arrival experience.
Animals are not permitted on the GWCC premises except in conjunction with an approved exhibit or in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Animals that are approved to be on the convention center premises must be on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control. The owner will be fully responsible for his/her animal(s).
ASIS Celebrates!
ASIS International will be hosting its reception, ASIS Celebrates!. The ASIS Celebrates! event is from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Tuesday, 15 September at the Georgia Aquarium. If you are driving, you can find driving directions and parking information here.
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend GSX and all related events, including evening events.

Badges
You must wear your GSX 2026 name badge at all times while participating in all GSX activities including ASIS Celebrates!. No one will be admitted to sessions, events, or the Exhibit Hall without an official badge. There are no exceptions to this rule.
All-Access and One-Day attendees with special dietary requests will have tickets printed along with name badges.

Camera & Recording Policy
No cameras or video recording devices are permitted in the Exhibit Hall or session rooms without prior authorization by ASIS. Due to the sensitive nature of products and displays at the show, photography and/or video recording of any booth by any attendee or exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/videotaped, as well as all individuals appearing in the photograph or video.

First Aid

First Aid will be on duty at GWCC during GSX. First aid stations operated and staffed by licensed medical professionals will be provided to respond to medical emergencies. Stations are fully equipped and include automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Dupree Security Group, Inc. is the exclusive provider of First aid at GSX.

Security Policy
ASIS International strives to keep its delegates and exhibitors safe during GSX, while maintaining relative ease of access to all events and venues.
Every person entering the Exhibit Hall, a classroom, or an on- or off-site GSX event must be wearing an official GSX 2026 badge.
No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the in-person event, including evening events. There are no exceptions to this policy.
ASIS International will not provide details about all the security plans related to the event.
However, you can expect to see a variety of security measures in place throughout the event, including random bag searches. Requests for identification that must match the credentials you have been issued. As always, keeping you safe and secure throughout the week is a priority.
