Currently employed by Securitas Electronic Security and working out of the Naperville IL location, Todd oversees all of the staffing operations for all of the United States and Canada. Todd specializes in behavioral based interviewing, creative resume writing and bringing candidates a great onboarding experience when joining the Securitas team. Todd earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Millikin University in 2004 and acquired the TMCP (Talent Management Certified Professional) certification in 2017.

Erik Kleinsmith is the Associate Vice President for Strategic Relations in Intelligence, National, Homeland and Cyber Security for American Military University (AMU). He has extensive experience in the intelligence and security related analysis and training along with experience in counterintelligence, information operations, and asymmetric threats and tactical military operations. He has spent over a decade as a US Army Armor and Military Intelligence Officer with tours to include command of a counterintelligence company and the Chief of Intelligence of the Army’s newly formed Land Information Warfare Activity (LIWA).

Spending over a decade as a defense contractor, Mr. Kleinsmith, created and grew the core of a US Army intelligence training program ultimately managing over 150 instructors before coming to American Military University. He is the author of numerous articles related to intelligence as well as the book Intelligence Operations: Understanding Data, Tools, People and Processes which will be published in December 2019.

Kelley Latimer’s work with Bayne Consulting & Search began in January 2015, when she was contracted for database management and research projects. This introduction to the company’s business gave her a tremendous head start into the physical security industry. Since joining BCSI in a full-time role in April 2016, Kelley initially provided support, research, and candidate sourcing for three other recruiters. Today, Kelley’s responsibilities have grown to include search process management for the firm’s physical security integration clients and her recruiting focus; Technicians, Project Managers, and other critical technical roles. Kelley is excited to work and learn with such an elite and knowledgeable team at BCSI. She is dedicated to growing her capabilities and expertise to increase her recruiting skills specific to the physical security integration industry.

Before she joined BCSI, Kelley worked in customer service at several levels for over twenty years. Her experience also includes a Six Sigma firm which specialized in methodologies used to improve business processes. Throughout Kelley’s career, she has concentrated on customer satisfaction and resolution. Kelley acquired her Associates degree from Colorado Technical University, which has broadened and contributed to her skills and proficiency in her current position. She was a professional drummer for many years and worked with numerous talented music professionals. Kelley was born and raised in Colorado, enjoys all things “Colorado” and being at her home in Westminster with her partner and animals where she’s close to her friends and family.

Lindsey Mailloux joined Bayne Consulting & Search in July of 2014 as a Junior Recruiter, new to both recruiting and the security industry. In her time with the company, she has developed a great deal of understanding about the industry and crucial processes, having tailored a thorough, detailed and personal approach to her work. Lindsey’s responsibilities include research, initial contact with candidates to gain a deeper understanding of their qualifications, and managing the interview and placement process.

In January of 2017, Lindsey was promoted to Senior Recruiter, a role which requires more extensive commitment to clients and search process management. She also works closely with Rebecca to communicate with clients about their most critical personnel needs and search assignments. Lindsey is devoted to personal and professional development in order to continue to build on her knowledge and fluency in search and recruitment in the physical security integration industry.

Prior to joining BCSI, Lindsey spent several years in sales, working first in insurance, followed by the wine and beverage industry. Lindsey is a rare Colorado native: she was born in Denver, grew up in Fort Collins, moved to Boulder to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the University of Colorado, and has since lived all over Northern Colorado. She spends much of her spare time with her family, exploring mountain hiking trails and visiting microbreweries along the front range.

Nicole Riggs joined the Bayne Consulting & Search team in July of 2017; while she fulfills the role of Administrative Assistant/Team Support Coordinator, her first year was spent as a Recruiter, managing a full cycle search process, with a focus on sales-related positions for BCSI’s integration clients throughout the U.S. New to this business, she has enjoyed the interpersonal aspects of being a Recruiter. Learning candidate preferences -- both personally and professionally -- to successfully match security talent with outstanding clients in tough markets is one facet of the business she enjoys most. New to the security industry as well, she is intrigued by the innovative technology and enjoys learning from her teammates, clients, and candidates.

Prior to joining the BCSI team, Nicole spent nearly 10 years in a start-up software company as Administrative Assistant; wearing many hats as one of the original six employees, her role there assisted in the company’s growth and evolution before it was acquired by Carbonite. Since joining BCSI, her background experience has been helpful due to the cross-over from the IT industry to the security industry and more so with the ever-growing need for cyber-security.

Nicole moved to Colorado from Southern California and after fourteen years, still has not warmed up to our winters (pun intended). She enjoys the summer months, camping, dirt-bike riding and spending time with her family. Nicole is a spirited fan of anything from the 1940’s. In her spare time, you will likely find her and her husband at an era ball, enjoying live music, or watching old movies.
